“Add two tasks: buy milk, and call the electrician”
Tasks from across your projects come together at your Daily desk. Open one, change a detail, or check it off when it is done.
“I called the dentist”
See the shape of the day in your calendar. Move a task, change its time, and keep the rest of the day in view.
“Change Sam's pull request review to 4 PM”
When two tasks could fit, Foley asks which one you mean. You stay in charge of the change.
“Complete the report expenses task”
Give each part of your life a home. Folders keep related projects together; projects hold the work and its context.
“Create a folder called Clients and move work into it”
Ask Foley to help plan your day around the tasks already there. Follow the plan back to the work, then adjust it as you go.
“Plan my day”
Shopping, packing, little things to remember. Keep a simple checklist, add another item, and tick things off.
“Add bread to the shopping list”
Connect related work, keep notes and attachments with the task, and see the dependencies that explain what comes next.
“The invoice to Acme is blocked by the board deck”
Your capture history keeps the original words beside what Foley changed. Review the result and undo a capture when you need to.
Share a project through your Foley account. Tasks and comments stay with the work, so there is less to piece together elsewhere.
Connect your tools, choose your capture shortcut, and decide which projects AI may use as context. Pick Foley-managed AI or bring your own key.
The actual Foley interface, with a set of example tasks. Capture examples use prepared results; no microphone, AI service, or account is connected.
Foley on your phoneiOS & Android
Foley on iPhone and Android is the full app: capture by voice, the day, the plan, and everything it filed, in sync with your desk.
Speak a task, a due date, a block. Foley files it.
The capture sheet, listening.
The capture sheet listens while you talk. Say one thing or several; Foley works out the tasks, the dates and the project before anything lands.
“Water the plants on Thursday evening”
What it saved is on the sheet, with the project and the time already set. Then it says so out loud - one sentence, by the same rules on every device - and the words stay on the screen whether or not the voice plays.
The Timeline groups what is late, what is due today and what the week holds, across every project, so the day is one glance.
Foley answers from what is actually on your list, in the Plan tab. When it needs to know where before it goes looking, it asks instead of guessing. Signed in, the phone, the desk and the browser share one list.
“What should I work on first?”
The phone app, re-created on the page from the app's own design vectors. Example tasks; no microphone, AI service or account is connected.
Foley on your wristWatchOS & WearOS
Foley on Apple Watch (watchOS 10 or later) and on Wear OS watches (Wear OS 3 or later) is the capture mark, the questions it needs to ask, and your day. Say it, answer, and it is filed with the rest.
The capture screen. Apple Watch on the left, Wear OS on the right.
Foley on the wrist starts with the capture mark, drawn at the phone's own geometry. Tap it, say what needs doing, and it goes to the same list as everywhere else.
While the microphone is open the wordmark pulses and the clock counts up, so waiting never looks like broken. Stop when you are done; nothing asks you to confirm.
“Water the plants on Thursday evening”
When Foley needs to know where, or how many, it asks on the watch. The likely answers are chips; tap one, or say an answer.
“Which area, and how many people?”
A short answer is where recognition is least reliable, so what you said is read back before it goes anywhere. Send it, or say it again.
My day shows what is due, from the same list as the phone and the desk, in the order the service sends it. Overdue wears the one accent. A glance, not a screen to manage.
After a capture the watch speaks the result, by the same sentence rules as the phone. The text is always on the screen, and when the voice does not play the watch says why, in one dim line.
Both watches, re-created on the page from the vectors the two real watches are held to. Example tasks; nothing is connected.
